Support Membership is free and provides you with full access to all forums, inspirational stories, blogs, and more. You may also add a profile photo and use a different name that members will see to maintain your privacy, if you'd like.
For just $19 per month, a Connection Membership unlocks all the benefits listed above, plus exclusive features like being added to the member directory, viewing member profiles, connecting in chat rooms, and sending direct messages to other members. You'll also gain access to monthly virtual gatherings and stay informed about in-person meetups and events hosted by other members.
For a one-time cost of $49, Wellness Membership gives you lifetime access to the Embracing Life With Herpes program and private discussion group plus everything that’s included in the Support Membership.
Yes and the following applies to each membership type:
Support Members will have their accounts removed from the community immediately upon deactivation but may sign up again at any time in the future.
Connection Members must cancel their subscription before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged the $19 monthly membership fee. Refunds are not available once a payment has been processed. Once you cancel your subscription, you will remain a Support Member unless you choose to deactivate your account.
Wellness Membership is a one-time charge that provides lifetime access to the Navigating Life with Herpes program as long as you remain an active member of the Herpes Wellness community. If you choose to cancel by deactivating your account, you will lose access to the program. Please note that payments are non-refundable once processed.
Click on your icon in the upper right corner, then click “Edit Profile” and change your name. You may also choose a photo that doesn't reveal your identity or choose no photo at all. If you don't upload a photo, the initials of your chosen name will show.
Note: If you belong to other communities hosted by Circle, the name you use on those accounts are separate from this one and will not change allowing you to use something different within our community.
All member profiles are public within the Herpes Wellness community. When you post in a forum, other members can click on your name to view your profile. If you prefer to maintain your privacy, we recommend using a name on your profile that feels comfortable to you. If you decide not to upload a photo, the initials of you name will show. Our goal is to foster an open, supportive community where everyone feels safe to share their experiences without judgment or fear of hiding.
Connection Members have the option to hide their profile from the member directory, which is exclusively accessible to other Premium Members. To adjust this setting, click on your icon, go to "Edit Profile," and toggle off the option for "Show my profile in the member directory." This will prevent your profile from appearing in the directory or being found through searches, giving you greater control over your visibility within the community.
Navigate to their profile and select the "Block" option, which will prevent them from contacting you or seeing your activity on the platform.
Once you're logged in, click on your icon then click on authentication to change your email address or password.
If you feel you have experienced harassment from a member, please contact support@herpeswellness.com and we will open an investigation. We take harassment very seriously, and If there is evidence to support harassment, the reported person will be removed from the community immediately and notified that their membership has been cancelled.

Payments for the Connection Membership are non-refundable. The membership is billed at $19 per month, and once your card is charged, refunds are not available. However, you can cancel your membership at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. If you become a Connection or Wellness Member, your credit card bill will display the name HWellness.
Upon purchasing the program, you will be signed into the community.

Click on the 'Join Course' button on the upper right.
Once you purchase the program, you will have lifetime access as long as you remain a member of the Herpes Wellness community, either as a Support or Connection Member. If you are both a Wellness Member and a Connection Member but decide to cancel your Connection Membership, you will still retain access to the program as a Support Member. However, if you choose to deactivate your account, you will lose all membership access, including access to the program and its materials.
No, you can work at your own pace and even complete the program in less than 8 weeks if you prefer. Each lesson must be finished before you can move on to the next. Once you’ve completed a lesson, simply click "Complete Lesson" at the bottom to proceed.
No. You must be logged into your account in order to take part in each course.
Yes! Upon purchasing the program, you'll automatically join our community as a Support Member with access to free online forums, inspiring stories, and important information about managing your condition.
